Provides button actions in the headers of catalog pages, such as Star, Watch, Settings, etc.
Currently there are two implementations, lms/HeaderActionsView.jsx (in use, compatible with LMS) and catalog/HeaderActionsView.jsx (deprecated, incompatible with LMS).
Functionality from both components need to be reconciled into AlationKit in a single component.
